1. Scope & Synthetic Data Core Invariant

SimData is a hosted synthetic relational records sampler. We do not process, store, or accept real personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential customer data. Users are expressly prohibited from uploading or inputting real personal or protected records into dictionaries or API parameters.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, optional display name, and authentication tokens provided through Google Identity Platform / Firebase Auth.
• Billing Information: Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We store only customer IDs, transaction amounts, and prepaid credit balances.
• Dictionary Definitions: Field lists, probability distributions, and schema definitions that you create or customize in your workspace.
• Telemetry & Usage: Aggregate counts of API records requested, request latency, and technical error logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use account and dictionary data solely to authenticate requests, sample synthetic records according to your rules, manage credit balances, and ensure platform security.

4. Infrastructure & Security

SimData is deployed on Google Cloud Platform with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and encryption at rest. Dictionaries are partitioned per account.
