Terms of service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the SimData API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Strict Prohibition on Real Data
SimData is strictly an ancestral-sampling engine for synthetic engineering and QA fixtures. You must not upload, transmit, or store real personal or production data. Violation of this rule results in immediate account termination.
3. API Keys & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Bearer secrets are shown once at issuance. You are responsible for all API requests executed under your keys.
4. Prepaid Balances & Refund Policy
API generation fees are debited in real time from your prepaid balance. Prepaid credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion or termination, as credits represent purchased capacity.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SimData is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Synthetic records are generated for software engineering and testing purposes.
6. User & AI Agent Feedback Solicitation
SimData actively solicits, collects, and processes feedback, bug reports, and friction logs submitted by human users and automated artificial intelligence (AI) agents operating on behalf of account holders (e.g. via POST /v1/feedback or interactive prompts). By using the service or directing AI agents to interact with our APIs, you disclose and agree that feedback and diagnostic notes submitted under your credentials may be reviewed and used to improve the synthetic sampling engine, compiler, and service documentation. Feedback submissions must never include real confidential or personally identifiable information.
